Although the hotel is not new, the rooms were updated nicely and everything was as expected. The proximity to the airport allows the shuttle to run more often than other hotels.

The hotel was fine….only drawback was several of the power outlets in the room were not working and need to be replaced, and additional ones need to be added

Called and asked for a email confirmation, it was never sent
Remote for tv did not work, asked for batteries, they never came.
Air conditioner did not work, called and service person did come but issue not resolved..it was apparent it had been a on going issue because the curtains were stuck in the unit from a previous repair attempt…plus the unit itself was very dirty. When leaving I tried to tell the front desk person, who asked if I turned it on and off and had used the unit on the wall…
No card given with the phone number for shuttle, when I realized this I sent a Facebook message and it was never answered
